Igor Sikorsky KPI Electronic Publishing is the official platform of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" for scholarly and educational books and conference proceedings.

The platform hosts two presses:

  • Sikorsky Academic Press — textbooks, study guides, monographs and other scholarly books;
  • Conference Proceedings — proceedings of the University's international and national scientific and research-to-practice conferences.

It presents the work of KPI's faculties and research institutes, as well as authors from other universities and research institutions, in engineering, energy, materials science, chemical technology and biotechnology, information technology and telecommunications, aerospace and biomedical engineering, the natural sciences, the social sciences and the humanities.

Every publication has a stable address and complete bibliographic metadata, so it is easy to find, cite and use in teaching and research. Most publications are open access under CC BY 4.0. The platform is the publication of record, with backup copies kept in ELAKPI, the institutional repository of Igor Sikorsky KPI.

  • Sikorsky Academic Press

    Sikorsky Academic Press is the electronic press of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, publishing textbooks, study guides, monographs and other scholarly books. The press welcomes manuscripts both from KPI's teaching and research staff and from authors at other universities and research institutions in Ukraine and worldwide.

    Its titles reflect the fields in which KPI educates specialists and conducts research: energy and energy efficiency, materials science and welding, chemical technology and biotechnology, radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications, computer science and applied mathematics, aerospace technology, biomedical engineering, instrumentation and robotics, as well as management, law, sociology, linguistics and publishing.

    All manuscripts are peer reviewed. ISBNs and DOIs (Crossref) are assigned at the authors' request. Titles are, as a rule, open access under CC BY 4.0; other access terms may apply at the authors' decision. Every book has a stable address and complete bibliographic metadata; the platform is the publication of record, with backup copies kept in ELAKPI, the institutional repository of Igor Sikorsky KPI.

  • Conference Proceedings

    Conference Proceedings is the electronic series of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute for abstracts and papers of international and national scientific and research-to-practice conferences organised by the University's faculties, research institutes and research units.

    It brings together conference outputs from across KPI's fields: energy, materials science and welding, chemical technology and biotechnology, information technology and telecommunications, electronics, aerospace and biomedical engineering, the natural sciences, the social sciences and the humanities. Every volume has a stable address and complete bibliographic metadata, so it is easy to find and cite.

    Volumes are published by registered representatives of the conference organizers. ISBNs and DOIs are assigned at the decision of the organizing committee. Content is, as a rule, open access under CC BY 4.0; other access terms may apply by decision of the organizing committee.
